Talk:Peptide supply chain

Discussion page·3 threads·1 archive

The warehouse-interval point on this page is the general version of an observation that appears on several supplier articles. Those articles link here rather than repeating the reasoning.

This is the discussion page for the article Peptide supply chain. It is for improving the article: sources, wording, structure, scope and titles. It is not a general discussion forum about the subject, and it is not a place to ask for advice — see Project:Medical disclaimer.

Should the failure-mode table name compounds?Resolved

The synthesis row says "deletion sequences" without naming an example. A named example would make it concrete for a reader who has never seen a preparative trace. SPPS_Sorrel (talk) 10:49, 21 July 2025 (UTC)

A named example would be sequence-specific and the row is meant to be general. Better to link Peptide synthesis where the mechanism is described properly and let the table stay a table. FmocFrancis (talk) 15:06, 21 July 2025 (UTC)

Agree. The table is an index into the articles, not a substitute for them. ✓ Resolved PrepHPLC_Pia (talk) 08:58, 22 July 2025 (UTC)

Resolved. This thread is closed. Reopening it is fine if new sources appear; please add a new subsection rather than editing the closed discussion.
