Tachyphylaxis wording
"Rare instance of clinically relevant tachyphylaxis in this class" — is it rare, or is it simply the only one that has been looked for carefully? — HedgeHedda (talk) 10:50, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
A fair challenge. The insulinotropic effect has been examined and does not attenuate, so it is not only that nobody looked. But I would accept softening to "one of the few documented instances". — ToleranceTove (talk) 14:20, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
