Is GLP-1(9-36) inert or not?
The article says the cleaved product "behaves as a weak antagonist at pharmacological concentrations" and then says its cardiovascular activity is an open question. Those two statements sit awkwardly together — a reader may take the first as settled. — DPP4_Dagmar (talk) 08:44, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
They are separate claims: receptor pharmacology at GLP1R, versus proposed receptor-independent effects. I have split them into two sentences so the distinction is visible. — ReceptorRhoda (talk) 12:19, 5 March 2026 (UTC)

Assay caveat should be more prominentDone
The point about needing a DPP-4 inhibitor in the collection tube is buried in the last section. It is the single most common reason published GLP-1 concentrations disagree with each other. — AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 10:15, 30 January 2026 (UTC)

Table row for lixisenatide?
The evasion table omits Lixisenatide, which is also exendin-derived. Add a row, or is the table meant to be illustrative rather than complete? — ListMakerLumi (talk) 11:22, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
