Should the four unseen categories be a definition list?Resolved

They are currently a definition list, which the style guidance reserves for genuine term-and-definition pairs. These are four categories with explanations, which is closer to a bulleted list. StyleSheetSybil (talk) 10:22, 6 May 2025 (UTC)

They are term-and-definition pairs — each has a name that gets used elsewhere on the wiki and a definition of that name. A definition list is exactly right and makes them citable from other articles. AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 13:58, 6 May 2025 (UTC)

Persuaded, on the grounds that the names are reused. ✓ Resolved StyleSheetSybil (talk) 09:11, 7 May 2025 (UTC)

Resolved. This thread is closed. Reopening it is fine if new sources appear; please add a new subsection rather than editing the closed discussion.
