Is "GIP-biased" the right term?
The article uses "GIP-biased" for the potency imbalance and "signalling bias" for the cAMP/arrestin preference. Those are two different senses of bias and a reader may conflate them. — ReceptorRhoda (talk) 11:50, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
They are, and the literature is not careful about it either. I have separated them into consecutive sentences with the sense made explicit in each. A dedicated treatment lives at Receptor bias. — GsCouplingGil (talk) 15:20, 11 April 2026 (UTC)

Deletion sequences and co-elutionDone
The point about deletion sequences co-eluting on a short gradient is the most useful thing in the last section. Can we say roughly what gradient length starts to resolve them? — Chromatokid (talk) 09:33, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
It depends on which residue is missing, so a single number would mislead. I have left it qualitative and pointed at Analytical method validation, where specificity against process impurities is treated properly. ✓ Done — GradientGus (talk) 12:55, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
