Gradient duration as the dominant variableResolved

Naming gradient duration as the parameter with the largest effect on a reported purity figure is a strong claim but I think it is defensible for peptide work specifically. GradientGus (talk) 09:40, 10 February 2026 (UTC)

It is, because the impurities that matter are close-eluting. For a small molecule with well-separated impurities the claim would not hold. The article is about peptides so it stands. ✓ Done ResolutionRoo (talk) 13:15, 10 February 2026 (UTC)

Column temperature omissionDone

Temperature is genuinely the field most often missing, and a method developed at 60 °C really will not reproduce at ambient. Worth the sentence. ColumnOvenCoy (talk) 10:20, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
